Summer Book Clubs

Wednesday Evenings June 18 -August 6
All Book Club groups will meet at the same time on Wednesdays from 5:00-5:50.
Early Elementary Readers (Suggested for students entering Kindergarten and First Grade)
Middle Elementary Readers (Suggested for students entering Second and Third Grades)
Late Elementary Readers (Suggested for students entering Fourth and Fifth Grades)
To instill a love of reading at a young age
To give children the opportunity to read and discuss books with a small group of their peers
To build vocabulary and comprehension skills
To engage in extension activities to accompany the book’s themes (including art, games, etc.)
